What is The Nest of Chipinge?
It is the name of Brand name for Galilee Properties’ planned mixed-use development at The Nest of Kenilworth farm in Chipinge. The land was moved from Agricultural to Urban expansaion through the Presidential proclamation hence it is now known as The Nest Township of Chipinge.
How many residential stands are planned?
The approved project information describes approximately 2,402 residential stands across the six phases. This is planned inventory, not a claim that all stands are currently available.

When can one take occupation
Upon satisfying the purchaser's obligations as stated in the agreement of sale as well as when the seller has finished servicing and issued with a ctertificate of compliance from council
How do we get building plans
Galilee Properties is working with Architects of repute to provide approved Model plans for the project so that every client chooses his/her plan as one buys the stand.

Has the project received permits?
The supplied plan records subdivision permit DP02/2024, issued on 15 November 2024, on 17 October 2025 an Environmental Impact Assessment Certificate was issued to the project by EMA and a development permit was issued by Chipinge Town Council on 18 December 2025.Publication of a permit reference does not establish current completion.
Is infrastructure complete?
Access roads and stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation, offsite water and sewer treatment, electricity forms the infrastructure to be delivered. these shall be provided in chewable phases under the supervision and approvals of Chipinge Town Council.

Can I reserve or purchase online?
Yes an offer form shall be downloadable and completed indicating the preferred stand and wait for offical confirmation to pay the deposit whether online or direct. Confirmation shall be provided by the Sales department. .
